Shipping Policy

– We offer nationwide shipping within New Zealand.

– Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt.

– Shipping rates:

    – Standard (3-5 business days):

    – $10 NZD Nationwide

 – Rural delivery: +$6.50 NZD

– We use (Poste Haste) for our shipping needs.

– You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

– Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Returns Policy

– We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (info@highlandfern.co.nz).

– Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

– Refund options:

    – Original payment method

    – Store credit

– Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

– If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

– We will provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

– If you change your mind about an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

– Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

– We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
